Overview
Smart Connect needed more than just a new website. The project involved building a complete online platform where customers could browse services, compare options and purchase directly through the site.
The brief
The aim was to create a modern, easy-to-use e-commerce website for broadband and eSIM services, with a full backend to manage the platform and the integrations needed to handle orders, payments and customer activity.
The approach
We designed the site around keeping everything simple for the customer, while building the more complex functionality behind the scenes. This included the full e-commerce setup, backend management system, banking and payment integrations, and connections with external services.
The outcome
A complete e-commerce platform that gives Smart Connect a much stronger online presence while also providing the systems needed to manage and sell its services from one place.
